Whenever you see the icon, your item(s) ship Free to the Continental USA.  All other locations will need to use checkout or email us for a shipping quote.

Music for All ships orders processed on our website via "Ground" within 24-48 hours.  You can expect delivery on items sent "Ground" within 2-6 business days. "Air" shipments are shipped same day or next business day.

Rest assured your items are packed with care whenever necessary.  Certain items like accordions need to be packed with special care, whether they are shipping across town or worldwide. Bear in mind heavy, large items like drums are always best shipped "Ground".  We offer online tracking and insurance for every shipment.
 
Due to varying product weights and sizes, we only provide UPS rates in online checkout for shipments within the USA.
 
It is best to call us 616-863-8927 for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as we generally use US Postal Service. Service is generally faster and less expensive via USPS, however we also use UPS and Fed Ex outside the Lower 48.

We use US Postal Service (USPS) for most items sent Internationally.  We can mark items sent USPS as "Gift" per your request.  All items will be fully valued and fully insured - No Exceptions.  Transit time for items sent via USPS is approximately 10 days anywhere in the world, with online tracking provided.

Larger items are usually shipped DHL Internationally, as they usually provide the least expensive prices.  Items shipped DHL, UPS or FedEx must be marked "Goods/Merchandise" and are likely subject to customs/duty tax assessed by your government (not us) upon delivery to you.  We assume that you've checked with your local customs office.
