The Honer Morgane is a nice sounding box. The stepped base side is easy to play. Tuning is dryer than I expected. The straps are stiff but I expect they will change over time.

The Hohner Morgane is very good value for the money. However, I should point out that the tuning is not "dry". The Hohner spec sheet describes the tuning as "demi-swing", which is somewhere between true dry and American tremolo (American musette). Swing and demi-swing tuning are very popular in much of European folk music these days. A nice change of pace from either dry or musette. Again, the Morgane is a nice box for the money.

Been playing my Morgane about a week and am very pleased with it. Nice dry tuning, with good button response and a great sound. Works perfectly as an Irish session box!
