I just won this great snare drum. I have many many snares and I love this one. I play in a light jazz trio and it fits perfectly for my type of playing. It does have great warm tone, sensitive for sticks and brushes, great cross sticking and nice rim shots. Sounds closer to a wood snare rather than a metal snare. I highly recommend this drum.
